Refund policy

1.       Full-priced products with the original receipt may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition, unaltered, unused, and has the original tags attached.

2.      Refunds for full-priced products will be permitted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment (e.g., credit card refunds will be processed back to the credit card).

3.      Sale products with the original receipt may be exchanged within 7 days or returned within 3 days of purchase.

4.      For credit/debit card payments, please note that your bank or card issuer may take between 5 to 15 additional business days to process return transactions.

5.      Refunds for purchases made using other payment options will be credited to the debit or credit card used withing those methods. This may take 5 to 15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policy.

6.      No exchanges or refunds will be offered on accessories, swimwear, underwear, fragrance, and beauty products.
