– Take a centimetre ribbon and measure the chest girth under the breast

- Stand up straight, hanging your hands, in a relaxed, natural position


– Measure by the most protruding point of the breast

– Stand up straight and exhale.

– In this position hold the end of the measuring tape on the navel and wrap it around the narrowest part of the waist.

– Stand still and relax.

– Swipe a centimetre strip around the thighs, making sure that it is horizontally around the widest part.

– That must pass through the most protruding buttocks.
